Scattered
Lab reports from different clinics, a ring, a scale, an app on your phone. Each keeps its own slice, and none of them talk to each other.
Personal health intelligence
Qora brings your lab results, wearable data and medical records together, traces every value back to its source, and shows how your body is changing over time. When it's time to see a doctor, it gives you a brief they can use.
Why Qora
Lab reports from different clinics, a ring, a scale, an app on your phone. Each keeps its own slice, and none of them talk to each other.
A number without its source, its date, its reference range and what you were taking at the time can't be trusted, or compared.
You rarely hold the whole picture yourself. Qora puts it in one folder that belongs to you.
Small changes that move together over months can matter long before any single value is out of range. Qora is built to catch them.
How it works
Lab PDFs, photos of results, letters, and exports from devices such as an Oura Ring. They go into a folder on your computer.
Each result is transcribed with its source document and a verbatim quote, and labelled for how it is known.
A body view, a timeline from past to now, and your device data side by side, so changes that move together stand out.
A printable summary for your clinician: what changed, the sources, and the questions worth asking. Qora doesn't diagnose. It helps you show up organised.
Local-first by design
Qora is a set of tools and a viewer that run on your own computer. There is no Qora cloud, no Qora account and no Qora database. We never receive your records, your device data or anything about you.
Your computer
Only when you connect them
Not medical advice. Qora organises your own records and shows trends in them. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a clinician. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Qora is at an early prototype stage. This page is a preview. Read the privacy policy and terms of use.
